We Choose Us Lobby Day
Last year, lawmakers passed the biggest set of pro-democracy reforms our state has seen in the last 50 years! But we know there's more we need to do to protect and expand our democracy. Join us as we build on our momentum from these shared democracy wins and continue advocating for an inclusive, multiracial democracy that puts Minnesotans first.

A Political Purim Series: Reading Antisemitic Conspiracy Theory in Megillat Esther

We also will take time over several sessions examining how outside groups attempt to interpret Jewish texts to justify persecution of Jewish people and what the Purim story can teach us today about defeating contemporary organized hate movements.

Get ICE Out of Hennepin County
Did you know there is NO legal requirement for local-level prison systems to communicate with ICE?

DCC and JCA Monthly Meeting
Many of us know that instead of creating a pathway to a better life, immigration systems have locked countless people into environments of fear and dehumanization.
That's why, with 30+ organizations dedicated to meaningful change, we're working on multiple campaigns from Post-Conviction Relief to ICE Out.
Tzedek Committee Potluck
Part social and part strategy, this potluck will be a time for members of Social Justice and Tzedek Committees from Minnesota synagogues to meet each other, discuss the important work we're doing, and maybe eat some classic Minnesota hot dish!
This time around, we will also be hearing from JCA organizers on what to expect from this upcoming legislative session.

Join us as we create a slice of olam ha-ba— the world to come— by listening to our honored ushpizin (guests): community members, tenant leaders, and clergy.
