Action’s Seeds of Justice / Gar’inay Tzedek launched in Fall
2009.

Do you want to…
-
discover the intersection of politics, arts, and culture in the
Twin Cities;
-
connect with people interested in making a better world;
-
learn from social-justice-minded activists, artists, community
leaders, mentors, and scholars;
-
experience real-life campaign work with a local social-change
organization;
-
create connections between social justice and Jewish ethics;
... and put it all into action?
If
you answered "yes" to any of the above and will be in 9th-12th grade in
the fall, or know someone who is, then you should consider applying for
the 2010-2011 Seeds of Justice Fellowship.
About Seeds of Justice
The premiere Seeds of Justice Fellowship, a Jewish Community Action

Fellows will participate in the following components between October and
April:
-
Pre-Fellowship Meet and Greet
-
Social Justice Retreat and opening Shabbaton
-
Monthly training sessions
-
Monthly campaign work with Jewish Community Action Staff;
Special group project
-
Optional end-of-fellowship trip and post-fellowship advisory council
